Main speaker and host of MMT events. Bert works as a humanitarian and is an avid philanthropist who helps to expand the ideals and objectives of MMT. He also leaves audiences with meaningful tools, frameworks, and techniques that can be immediately applied to real-world challenges. His emotionally-charged stories help retain key points while delivering an entertaining experience.
Alexa Oliva
Alexa Oliva – MMT Founder, Executive Director

Lead in planning tour logistics, organizing, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of each tour’s goals and objectives. Alexa also maintains guidelines to assure MMT’s sponsors’ and benefactors’ brands are communicated correctly in all MMT materials.


 
Valerie Leichtman
Valerie Leichtman – MMT Co-Founder, Audio/Visual Engineer

Operates consoles and other equipment to control, replay, and mix sound from various sources in live performances. Valerie is also in charge of the video and photography team and special projects. She facilitates from initial planning, estimating and scheduling, and on to final budget and production reports.

Indra Roopnarine – Touching a Life Foundation for Kidz Liaison

‘Touching A Life Foundation for Kidz’, is a none for profit organization that has been very proactive in working with underprivileged children and community based projects for approximately twelve years seeking to assist in different ways to provide meaningful contributions to their core needs and welfare.


 
Eric Munter
Eric Munter – Brand Manager & Social Media Developer

Oversees the production of a story, works to set up interviews, gathers video, and collects information. He also conducts the research, coordinates advertising, designs collateral material design, and oversees production.


 
Magdalena Kalisz
Magdalena Kalisz – Photographer & Support Services

Provides on-site coordination for setup of equipment and runs microphones to participants. Assists in Breakthoughs and provides support for the whole team.
 
Dionne Chamberlain
Dr. Dionne Chamberlain – Keynote Speaker & Media Liaison

One of MMT’s regular event hosts. Dionne is responsible for gaining and maintaining publicity and disseminating information to members of the press or other media outlets.
